- Enter the new password and confirm new password

- Click on PIM which is a sub menu under human resources
- Click on Employee List which is a sub menu under PIM
- Then, Click the Add New Employee button
- Fill the information and click next.
- Add/Select Job Title, Job Category, Department etc. fill all required fields and click “next”
- Fill the information under salary if any and select “finish”.
- A new user will be created and the user receives an email.
- Click on Business Operation Tab Menu
- Click on Lead Management, a sub menu under business operation
- Then click on the + ADD button
- You will get the form to create new lead
- Select either individual or corporate
- Click on Business Operation tab menu

- Select the client and click on view detail to have access to the client’s record
- You will have 3 tabs at the top showing; Details, Policies, Policy Management
- Navigate to the “Policies”, after which you select + ADD
- Select the Appropriate Policy class, fill the modal form and click save.

- Click on Business Operation tab menu
- Click on Customer Management, a sub menu under business operation
- Select the client and click on view detail to have access to the client’s record.
- You will have 3 tabs at the top showing: Details, Policies, Policy Management
- Navigate to “Policies” tab.
- Select the policy which you want to generate the debit note, then hoover over the icons then click, on the icon which is titled “generate debit note”.
- You have successfully generated a debit note.
- Click on Human Resources Tab menu
- Click on PIM which is a sub menu under human resources
- Click on Employee List which is a sub menu under PIM
- Select the employee/user and view the profile details.
- Select the “Job” sub menu, then click on, the “Terminate Employment” button.
- The user will be terminated and he/she won’t be able to access his/her portal.
